As the eastern gateway to Nashua’s downtown, this mixed-use development will provide a range of housing options for the local workforce. The project will include a range of residential options including mixed-income residential to provide a redevelopment that utilizes unique traditional neighborhood design elements to create a true gateway into Nashua’s downtown.

Currently, Renaissance’s efforts are focused upon construction completion of the first phase of a master plan for a 26 acre site comprised of 26 acres of private and 13 acres of private land.
