In 2009 Renaissance became the Master Developer for the “Bridge Street” redevelopment site, which is perched above the confluence of the Nashua and Merrimack rivers. As the eastern gateway to Nashua’s downtown, this mixed-use development will provide a range of housing options for the local workforce. The project will include a range of residential options including mixed-income residential to provide a redevelopment that utilizes unique traditional neighborhood design elements to create a true gateway into Nashua’s downtown.

Currently, Renaissance’s efforts are focused upon construction completion of the first phase of a master plan for a 26 acre site comprised of 26 acres of private and 13 acres of private land.
